She was predeceased by: her parents, George Zalesak and Marie Zalesak (Marek); her husband Robert Kalisek; and her son Robert G. Kalisek. She is survived by: her children, Larry Kalisek (Susan) and Diane Scarlett; her grandchildren, Sabrina Hearn (Ron), Forrest Kalisek, Rachael Anspach (Scott), Marcy Kalisek, Heather Scarlett and Laura Scarlett; her great grandchildren, Hunter Gilbert, Ryder Gilbert, Aden Anspach, Alex Anspach, Kyle Whitcome and Jaylee Carpenter; and her sisters, Lillian Kiszka (Frank) and Rosemary Villagas (Richard). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
