He is survived by: his wife Patricia O'Dea (Reeves); his children, Heidi O'Dea (Cory Lamrouex), Patricia Wiedman and Frank Markva; his grandchildren, Hank Sizemore, Levi Lamrouex, Mallory Warren and Carly Wiedman; and his siblings, John O'Dea (Joan), Frank O'Dea (Joyce), Midge Bedell, Rose Hornus (Paul), Cecilia Flory, Elizabeth Walsh, Larry O'Dea, Theresa Kanupp (Larry), Dan O'Dea and Eileen Wencil (Jim).
