She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Don Johnson and Joanne McCormick; and her siblings, Sandra McElfresh and Steven McCormick. She is survived by: her close friend Kathleen Canfield; her son Gregory Alan Ludy (Kristie) of Washington State; her granddaughters, Serena Jean Ludy and Lauren Austin of Portage, Mi.; and her siblings, Allen Keith McCormick, Neil Daniel McCormick of Kentucky, Deanne Kari Barba of California, Dawn Kimberly Johnson of North Carolina and Darla Kay Johnson of Arizona. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
