He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bovey, Sr. and Evelyn "Diane" VanEver (Sparks). He is survived by: his sisters, Paula Harding (Steve), Cindy Manry (Mark), Deannea Jameson and Angela VanEver (Jami); and his nieces and nephews, Micheal Jameson, Amber Haas, Ashley Lopez (Alex), Sarah Morgan (Jason), Austin McPherson, Oakley VanEver and Austin Hendrickson.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes - Jennings-Lyons Chapel (520 W Main St, Owosso, MI 48867).
