With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Stone (Owosso, Michigan), who passed away on March 1, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rynbrandt and Mae Rynbrandt (Goodman); her husband Thomas W. Stone; and her brother John. She is survived by: her children, Carol Emery (Steven) and Paul Stone; her grandchildren, Jeff Emery (Amy), Lisa (Nick Schafer) and Jon Emery (Madeleine); her great grandchildren, Conner, Caleb, Ella Emery, Clay, Clare, Brandt Emery, Sam, Max Halpin and Elijah Gillaspy; and her brothers, Don Rynbrandt (Mary Lee) and James Rynbrandt. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.

“Joyce lived a wonderful long life. A young child who grew up in the County, taught school, Had a wonderful Husband, and two children Carol and Paul, Grand Children and Great Grandchildren, As well as Joyce's parents, siblings, and extended family. Always with a kind word and smile for everyone. The last few years her body became tired, she left her earthly home and is now with a healthy heavenly body, no more pain, reunited with her family, and loved ones who have gone to heaven before her Rest easy Joyce.”
