Kurt leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Kurt’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Kurt will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Miles Moffit and Noreen Moffit (Krupp); and his daughter Ashley Moffit. He is survived by: his son Matthew Moffit (Kiley); his siblings, Brian Moffit (Gina), Linda Drexler and Julie Deponty; and his grandson Myles Moffit. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nelson-House Funeral Home (120 E Mason St, Owosso, MI 48867). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Leukemia Foundation in honor of his daughter, Ashley.
