He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Rodgers and Luella Spencer; his wife Twila Rodgers; his siblings, Garry Rodgers, Geraldine Macklin and Gloria May Brown; his brother-in-law Michael Brown; his nephews, Norman and Mitch; and his great-nephew Steven.
He is survived by: his sister Glora Brown (Terry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
