He is survived by: his girlfriend JoAnn Jameson Butcher; his son Jason Parish (Kerry Limron); his grandchildren, Marcy Bentley (Rob), Amy Kelley (Brett), Dennis Butcher (Brandy), Zachary, Alyssa, Zavier, Madison, Blake, Trevor Trussell (Chloe), Brendon, Alexis, Carter, Braydon, Katelyn, Chandler, Gracie and Conner; his great grandchildren, Bella and Beau; his siblings, Betty Stenger (Kenneth) and Jim Parish; his siblings-in-law, Martin Steinke and Joyce Parish; and his friends, Doug and Deb Meyers. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
