He is survived by: his wife Gerry; his children, Carolyn Van Agen, John, Nikki Van Agen, Marc and Leslie Van Agen; his grandchildren, Jack Van Agen, Blair Van Agen and Frank Van Agen (Jacquelyn); his great grandchild Ford James Van Agen; and his nieces and nephews, Hank Van Agen, Lori Van Agen, Keith, Tina Paul, Leslie, Dan Prosser and Linda Palmer.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the St. Mary Catholic Church in Durand or the Byron FFA.
