She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Decker and Bethel Decker (Newcomb); her husband Neil Starr; her grandson Doug Starr; her great grandchild Gracie Cummins; and her sons-in-law, Bill McLean and Jim Flewelling.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn McLean, Susan Ethridge (Jerry), Jean Flewelling and Jill Hall (Scott); her grandchildren, Stefanie Brisbin (Justin), Jessika Kelly, Lisa Oakman (Brian), Amanda Oakman, Seneca Ketzler (Blake), Laura Flewelling (Kelly) and Zach Stocker; her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Beau, Bella, Caroline, Audrey, Gage, Tyler, Nova, Rylee, Harper, Raylin, Lainey and Gracesyn; and her stepdaughter Debbie Kane (Andy, family: Denise King).
