Marcia Louise Bird Obituary

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Forest Marshall Campbell and Doris Campbell-Coy; her husband David Paul Bird; her children, Chris Bird (Karreen), Jon Bird (Sarah) and Monica Mueller (Justin); and her grandchildren, Isabel, Elias, Willa, Morgan, Jason and Marcia.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the DeVries Nature Conservancy (2635 North Michigan 52, Owosso, MI 48867). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In keeping with Marcia's lifelong commitment to helping others, the Shiawassee Community Foundation is establishing the Marcia L. Bird Memorial Fund, which will support youth-oriented grants and opportunities for area young people to become involved in service. Memorial contributions may also be directed to the Shiawassee County Democratic Party for office rental expenses or to the Michigan Education Savings Program (MESP) for Marcia's grandchildren.
