She is survived by: her siblings, Suzanne Shire, Brian Shire and Jeff Shire; her children, Michele Kepros (John), Karla Grunow (David) and Kevin Hurrell (Sarah); and her grandchildren, Ethan, Brandon, Madison Kepros, Cameron, Andrea Grunow, Jaida and Jace Hurrell.

Memorials to Pam can be made to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
