He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spike and Mary Beth Spike (Devereaux); his brother Ryan Spike; his nephew William Victor Spike; his grandparents, Wells, Linnie Devereaux, Cyril and Myra Spike; his aunt Vicki; and his uncle Bill Devereaux.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jennifer Spike of Williamston and Julie Zaniewski (Todd) of Sandy Hook, CT; his sister-in-law Carmen Spike of Lowell, MI; his siblings' children, Katelyn Zaniewski, Josie Snyder, Kyler, Owen, Spencer Spike and Ryan Zaniewski; his stepsiblings, Lori Snyder and Mark Snyder (Lindsay); and his friend Kim Simons.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Spike Family Fund or the Chesaning High School FFA.
