She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Sworthwood and Barbara Sworthwood (Raymond). She is survived by: her husband Michael "Mick" Kazen; her son Dale Kazen; her sister Terry Sworthwood; and her sister-in-law Jill Kazen. She is also survived by family dog, Cookie; and many cherished relatives and friends.
