He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter John Sr. and Dorothy Welter (Williams); his son John; his siblings, Fredrick, Gerald and Margaret; and his siblings-in-law, Louise and Glenn.
He is survived by: his children, Peter III, Paula and Carolyn; his grandchildren, Amy, Leslie (Rodney), Genna (Nick) and Jonathan (Jenna); and his great grandchildren, Gina, Jace, Tyrus, Ryland, Gregory and Lauren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to Elara Hospice.
