He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his children, Aaron Warren (Samantha), Samuel Warren (Amanda), Adam Warren, Jami Church and Randi Conklin (Bill); his grandchildren, Noah, Kalob and Makyah; and his brother Jeffrey Warren.
