He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel Hodge and Gertrude Hodge (Jarrad); his wife Shirley Lou Williams of Durand; his children, Suzanne Dahl (Jim) of Midland, Bobette McMillan of Mt. Morris and Douglas Hodge (Jackie) of Haslett; his grandchildren, Bryan, Angela, Lisa, Lori and Justin; his great grandchildren, Celia, Nate, Devon, Graci, Johnathan, Makayla and Donovan; his great great grandchild Luna; and his siblings, Bill Hodge and Ida Maurer. He was also cherished by other loving family members and friends.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Trinity United Methodist Church of Owosso where Robert and Shirley were active and devoted members.
