She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Rex and Josephine Marie Smith (Roberts); her daughter Janean Marie Segur; her husbands, Michael L. Libbey and Charles G. Hertzer; her brother Richard Smith; and her brother-in-law Edward Hagan.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Grubaugh (Keith), Harold Segur (Tammy), Wayne Hertzer (Tracie) and Jason Libbey; her grandchildren, Trisha Turner (Jon), Jaclyn Gilbert (Paul Gibson), Nichole Grider (Corey), Zach Grubaugh, Eric Segur, Chris Segur, Kaleb Segur, Kirk Segur, Ellie Hertzer, Charles J. Hertzer, Meggan Libbey and Mirranda Libbey; and her sisters, Jeanne Sudau (Don), Maureen Roberts, Janet Tew (Rodney) and Patti Hagan. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smith Family Funeral Homes (232 E Oak St, Ovid, MI 48866). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at the Maple Grove Cemetery (300 E Elm St, Ovid, MI 48866).
