She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Joyce Truax (Smith); her adoptive father Joseph (Rita Smith); her children, Norbert Pugh Jr. (Liane) of Arizona, Michael Pugh (Linda) of Flint, Rolley Pugh of Elsie, Tammy Hodack (Joseph) of Elsie, Janet Dahl (Brad) of Owosso, Debra Short of Corunna, Norman Pugh of Owosso, Bryan Pugh of Gaines, Kathleen Adair (Scott) of Elsie, Robert Pugh (Tracey) of Columbiaville, Christopher Pugh (Tara) of Florida, Jennifer Newell (Thomas) of Owosso and Sara Cotie (William Droptiny) of Hillman; her brother Steed Truax; her significant other Norbert "Bob" Pugh; her daughter Julie Pugh; her granddaughters, Tiffany Thompson and Heather Pugh; her sisters, Elizabeth Miller and Sarah Forth; and her son-in-law Donald Short. She was also cherished by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
