As Steven departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Steven may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Steven leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Hankins and Beatrice Hankins (Alleman). He is survived by: his wife Mary Hankins; his children, Jenalyn and Michael Hankins; his brothers, Dan and Chris Hankins; and his niece Taylor Hankins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Shiawassee Humane Society or Community Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
