He is survived by: his sons, Maxwell and Nathaniel Grettenberger; his mother Kathleen "Katie" Grettenberger (Coleman); his siblings, John, Matthew Grettenberger (Shannon), Margaret Lauer, Sandra Bird, Michelle Smith (Dwayne), Virginia Grettenberger and Samantha Josselyn (Matthew); and his former wife Elaine Ethridge.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Isidore Catholic Church (310 N Crum St, Laingsburg, MI 48848). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
