He was predeceased by: his father William Blakeslee. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Blakeslee (Frost); his wife Patricia; his children, Sierra Ekanayake (Bhanuka) and Nicholas Blakeslee; and his brother William Blakeslee Jr. (Jessica). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
