He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Williams and Dora Brandt Williams; and his siblings, Betty, Helen, Delbert and Don.
He is survived by: his son Bill; his wife Marci Williams (Goward) of Adamsville, TN; his children, Kelly Williams (Lori VanMarlen) of Orlando, FL, Jamie DeCaria (Ed) of Chicago, IL, Curtis Williams (Alisa) of Clio, MI, Adam Williams (Tammy) of Clemmons, NC, Joshua Harrington of Green Mt and Patrick Harrington of Des Moines, IA; his grandchildren, Drew Williams (Samantha), Shaun Williams, Jordan Williams (Cailin), Raegan Williams, Reese Williams, River DeCaria, Lucia DeCaria, Yovani DeCaria, Landon Harrington and Silas Harrington; and his great grandchildren, Mason Williams and Aubree Williams. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
