William Spike Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of William Spike of Owosso, Michigan is shared. William, born on May 9, 1943, passed away on September 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Cyril Spike and Myra Spike; his sons, Patrick and Ryan Spike; his grandson William Victor Spike; and his siblings, Edith Ann Kettler, Patricia Talsma and Thomas Spike.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Spike; his daughters, Jennifer Spike and Julie Zaniewski (Todd); his stepchildren, Lori and Mark Snyder (Lindsay); his daughter-in-law Carmen Spike; his grandchildren, Kyler, Owen, Spencer Spike, Katelyn, Ryan Zaniewski, Noah Thornhill and Josie Snyder; and his siblings, Richard Spike (Madelon) and Diann Jenkins. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Salem Lutheran Church (330 N Washington St, Owosso, MI 48867).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Chesaning FFA Alumni or Salem Lutheran Church in Bill's memory.
