He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Franklin Hoy and Vienna Helvi Maki (Hoy); his wife Beverly Hoy; and his brother Bob Hoy. He is survived by: his children, David Hoy, Tina Hoy and Tanya Hoy; his grandchildren, Tesa, Lisa, Kevin, Tyler, Justen, Katelinn, Mackenzie, Nathan, Tristen and Kiersten Hoy-Johnson; his great grandchildren, Aria, Ava, Emmett, Eligh, Leighton, Lilah, Chyloh and Elliana; and his siblings, Janet Whitmarsh (Roger), Karen Beauchamp (Joe), Charles Hoy and John Hoy (Paula). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
