He was predeceased by: his stepfather Paul Bensch; and his stepdaughter Jordan Puckett. He is survived by: his parents, Claude L. Popp and Brenda G. Bensch; his children, Claude Derek Popp and Shea Popp; his grandchildren, Rhett Xander Kelly, Anabelle Popp and Abigail Popp; and his sisters, Belinda Green, Dawn Shick (Greg) and Darlene Powelson (George). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and great-nephews.
