It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgette Emilienne Taylor of Oxford, Michigan, who passed away on February 8, 2026, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Georgette departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Georgette. Though Georgette may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest J. (Zulma Thinel) and Ontario; her husband James F. Taylor; and her daughter Anne Marie Bader. She is survived by: her children, Georgette Sheehan (James), Ellen Alexander (Garry), Linda Amato (Joseph), James Taylor (Kathryn) and Joseph Taylor.
