He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Allen and Dale Allen; and his siblings, Kelly Allen and Mike Allen. He is survived by: his wife Shelley; his son Joshua; and his siblings, Marlon Allen (Grace), Steve Allen (Nora), Sherm Allen, Karen Allen (Carl) and Loren Allen (Vicki). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
