He was predeceased by : his parents, Stanley Parks and Ruth Ann Parks; and his sister Shirley Parks. He is survived by : his child Breana Parks; his stepdaughters, Melissa Capelan and Deidra Parks; his sisters, Patti Bone (Bill) and Michelle Woodward (Robert); and his friend Karen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and great friends.
