He is survived by: his wife Janice Lotz; his children, Ryan Lotz (Karen), Tami Reynolds (Dave) and Justin Lotz (Tera); his stepson Kyle Weddle (Katie); and his sisters, Ruth Prugh (John) and Roxane Friedrich (Marc). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
