He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Kaikkonen (Clifford); his children, Tammy Kaikkonen of Palmer, Kelly Basten (David) of Plymouth, Minnesota and Jesse Kaikkonen of Palmer; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Adam, Julia Basten, Brenna and Beau Kaikkonen; his sister Kathleen Kaikkonen; and his nephew Abraham of Ann Arbor.
