He was predeceased by: his wife Sally Chittenden (Betz); and his siblings, Suzie Seiler, Patricia Andrews and James Chittenden. He is survived by: his children, Mike Chittenden (Nancy), Vicki Timm (Brian), Robert Chittenden, Barbara Stites (Clarence) and Janet Paul (Rich). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
