He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel (Pratt); his parents, Elias Cutler and Margaret Cutler; his brother Harold; and his sister-in-law Beatrice Cutler.
He is survived by: his children, Diane (Chris Malachino) and Douglas (Abbie); and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Pratt, Thomas, Linda Pratt, Donald, Lynne Pratt and Kathryn Pratt. He is also survived by six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
