He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Bulmer and Gertrude Bulmer (Dedafoe); and his brothers, Howard Bulmer, Jack Bulmer, Lyle Bulmer and Steve Bulmer.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Bulmer; his daughter Nicky Campbell; his stepdaughters, Lisa Hancock and Michelle Bullian; his siblings, Tricia Smith and Stan Bulmer; and his granddaughter Autumn Campbell.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Paradise United Methodist Church (7087 M-123, Paradise, MI 49768).
