He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian DeWard and Judith DeWard (Kindy); and his brother Rick DeWard. He is survived by: his children, Tom DeWard and Nikki Pfennig (Tony); his grandchildren, Zac, Cassidy and Ben Pfennig; his brothers, Tim DeWard (Sherry) and Jeff DeWard; and his sister-in-law Chris Hall (Rick Ashcroft). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
