She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gill and Jessie Gill (Youngs); her brother Robert; and her sister-in-law Winnie Gill. She is survived by: her husband John Strickland; her children, Janice Cobb, Jerald Strickland (Lynnea) and James Strickland; her grandchildren, Nicole, Danielle and David (Megan); and her great grandchildren, Liam, Silas, Evelyn and Quinn.
