He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Larson and Agnes Larson (Thorsell); his brother Sanford (Borgny); his daughter Beverely Gammons; Ruth Polda, Ethal Smith and Shirley Romfo.
He is survived by: his wife Esther Andel; his sons, William, Bill Larson (Connie) and Bruce Larson (Ellie Fisher); his grandchildren, Robert Gammons (Jennifer), Melissa Gammons, Johan Larson (Danae), Jamie Larson (Haley), Jessica Todd Smith (Nathan), Revis Sims (Rachel), Kenny Sims (LaTasha) and Ashlee Croft (Greg); Judy Pratt (Mike), Blanche Gruenberg and Leona Peterson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (726 Fuller Ave, Big Rapids, MI 49307). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of plants and flowers memorial contributions may be made in LeRoy's name to Corwell Health Hospice, or The Comfort Home, 204 N Patterson, Reed City, MI 49338.
