He is survived by: his wife Janet Wartman; his children, Christopher Wartman (Cassandra), Sarah Ford (Matthew) and Monica O'Neill (Blaine); and his grandchildren, Devon, Evelynn and Eleanor. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
