She is survived by: her children, Edward Jacobs (Gerri K.), Gary Jacobs (Shannon), Dale Jacobs (Sheila) and Donna Rozema (Troy); her grandchildren, Kelli Bielang (Adam), Matthew Paddock, Brooke Jacobs, Amy Bolkcom (Andrew), Jordan Jacobs and Mitchell Jacobs (Dionna); and her great grandchildren, Cora Marsh, Collins Marsh, Monroe Bielang, William Bolkcom, Miles Bolkcom, Lucas Bolkcom and Luna Jacobs.
