With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Bonnie Jean Richardson of Paw Paw, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Bonnie left this world on December 10, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Essig and Sarah Essig (Sigler); and her brother Douglas Essig Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Kirk Richardson (Tami), Steve Richardson (Stephanie) and Christine Richardson; her grandchildren, Tyler Richardson, Spencer Richardson, Stuart Richardson and Samantha Richardson; and her brothers, Ronnie Dean Essig and Clifford Essig.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home (502 W Michigan Ave, Paw Paw, MI 49079). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (721 Pine St, Paw Paw, MI 49079). A burial will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cuddeback Cemetery.
The family requests that all memorials go to Trinity Lutheran School in Paw Paw where Bonnie served with love and devotion for many years.
