She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Arent and Winnifred Arent (Deuel); and her sister Kathleen Arent. She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Swigart (Christopher Fontes) and Michael Swigart (Jaclyn); and her grandchildren, Wren Fontes and Arya Swigart.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Almena United Methodist Church (27503 Co Rd 375, Paw Paw, MI 49079). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
