He is survived by: his parents, Joe Bennett and Barbara Bennett; his wife Sharon Anderson (Sherry); his children, Joseph III, Eric Terry (Erika Encarnacion), Matthew, Daniel and Marie (Christian Johnson); and his brother Steven (Shelly).
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Langeland Family Funeral Home (3926 S 9th St, Kalamazoo, MI 49009). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
