She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne E. Dawson and Shirley Mae Dawson (Leece); her son Tony Fairres; her grandson Tony Fairres; and her sister Beverly Gish.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Maginot of Mishawaka, IN, Sonya Thompson (John) of Muncie, IN and Dawn Bargerhuff (Jack) of Princeton, KY.; and her siblings, Gary Dawson (Sharon) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Patty Izzarelli of Houston, TX. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A graveside service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens (10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola, IN 46561).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to assist the family with final expenses.
