She is survived by: her mother Sandra Jack (Sherburn); her children, Taylor Kirby and Ted Miller (Megan); her granddaughter Remi; her boyfriend Kevin Terry; her siblings, Amy Buskirk, Grace Lennon (Justin) and Robert Jack (Jessica); her stepmother Sarah Buskirk; and her friend Kathy Coombs (Booper). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
