He was predeceased by: his daughter Angela Michele; his siblings, Donald and Barbara; and his son-in-law Hendrik. He is survived by: his wife Diane (Link); his children, Jennifer (Bobby) and Ryan (Joelle); and his brother Mark (Sue). He is also survived by 2 nephews and a niece.
Memorials in his memory may be made to the Sierra Club or the National Parks.
