He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Felter and Ruth Felter (Stettler). He is survived by: his wife Macy Felter; his children, Katy Rouse (Dawson) of Elon, Brad Felter (Kate) of Oakdale, CT and Ashley Gockstetter (Jeff) of Oklahoma City, OK; his grandchildren, Noah, Bradley, Jake, Madde, Molly and Reese; and his siblings, Patty Mazzeo (Rik) and Ted Felter (Cheri).
