Jerry left this world on May 20, 2026 at the age of 74, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mead and Henrietta Mead (Dunn); and his brother Jack Mead. He is survived by: his daughters, Hope Morris and Beverly Selby (David); his grandchildren, Ashlei Delagrange, Jami Morris, Tyler "Pedro" Morris, Ja-Nae Delagrange, Ivana Delagrange, Greyson Knapp, Evalina Spears and Zoey Spears; his siblings, Joanie Gashaw (Walt) and Jay Mead (Karen); and his close friend Danny Pinard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews including his nephew.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Oceana Council on Aging where Jerry enoyed the many friendships and entertainment.
