He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Chapko and Anna Chapko (Benadick); and his sons, Brian Chapko and Phillip Chapko. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Chapko of Paul's Catholic Church; his children, Pat Chapko (Kent Adams), Karen Christie (Neil) and Mark Chapko (Kim); his grandchildren, Nicholas Chapko (Alyssa), Jenee Chapko, Jeff Chapko and Sam Chapko; his great grandchildren, Nyla Melton and Valerie Chapko; his sister Shirley Saylor; and his daughter-in-law Tara Chapko. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
