He was predeceased by : his father Edward Woolworth. He is survived by : his mother Janet Woolworth (Inscho); his wife Kathy; his children, Karley Straub, Robert Woolworth, Eric S. Woolworth and Luke Woolworth; and his close friends, Bob Schlicklin and Claude Benjamin. He is also survived by 6 grandsons, 3 sisters; 1 brother, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
