She was predeceased by : her parents, Lloyd Broom and Ruth Broom (Locke); her son Jeffrey Gay; and her siblings, Dale Broom, Betty Colby and Barbara Cobb.
She is survived by : her daughter Tamilynn Waisanen (Greg); her grandchildren, Ryan Waisanen and Ashley Waisanen; her niece Julie Mangles; her sister-in-law Dorothy Broom; and her brother Melvin Broom. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Judy's name can be directed to American Diabetes Association or Respite Volunteers of Shiawassee County.
